30-Day Full Refund Window

We offer a 30-day full refund policy from the date you receive your order. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used personal care items
  • Custom or personalized items

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at staff@thepatriotmart.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We’ll send you return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Package items securely with all original materials
  5. Ship the return to the address provided (customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error)

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

  • Inspect the item to ensure it meets return eligibility requirements
  • Process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Issue the refund to your original payment method

Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at staff@thepatriotmart.com with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Patriot Mart is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. We recommend tracking your shipment and being available to receive delivery. Consider purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.
